My plan is to develop a base where I am comfortable running 4-6 miles at a moderate pace. I'm thinking this may be doable by the end of November. Once I'm there I will start adding mileage and some cross training - start looking at a more formal training program.
Time of Day - Evening after work
Weather - clear, cool evening with no wind; upper 50's and very comfortable
Route - St Vrain Greenway to 119th Street overpass
Distance - still no idea
Pace - slow
Time - 55 minuites
iPod - Classic Rock Ballads
Comments - calves very tight throughout and quads tight towards end of run. Inside left calf feels strained.
