Yesterday I was still in Fayetteville, attending the Arkansas v. Ole Miss (aka Missippi) game. It was stopped twice for lightening. We got caught in a deluge so a nice run was out of the question. Fortunately, I did do quite a bit of walking to and around the stadium. It's not much, but something!
I had planned to get a good run in today now that I've just gotten home, but we're under a tornado watch, so I'm thinking that staying inside is probably a better idea. Hopefully tomorrow will be better for hitting the road and trails.
