Another day, another run. Got started a little later today but still during lunch break. It was warm and windy, but a great day. I realize that I've got a long way to go, but I'm starting to really enjoy this again. It felt good to sweat. Compared to the same course last week (week 1), I went further, faster, stronger. Compared to last week, I'm bionic.

Weather - Warm, low to mid 80's, gusty winds
Route - Bogata loop +, complete
Distance - Not sure
Pace -About 7:40 or so
Time - 20 minutes active running, more warm up, stretch and cool down
iPod - The All American Rejects, various; they're almost local, being from Oklahoma and all
Comments - Great run, no calf tightness finally, focused again on bio-mechanics. Running is really technical if you think about it. Form is so important. Efficiency in every movement can keep you loose, conserve precious energy and even prevent injury.
Let's both keep it together Willie. We can do this.
