This Saturday, March 12, my family and I are participating in the St. Paddy's Day Dash Down Greenville 5K Run and Fun Walk. We'll be doing the run, but I don't expect to dress like a leprechaun. Provided my hip flexor is cooperating after several days of rest, I will be ready to go. The race features crazy costumes, prize money, bands and a parade. It should be a great time.
