320 days. That's how long I have to transform myself, physically and mentally, into an elite endurance athlete, prepared to take on a 6 day, 120 mile competitive run in the high altitude of the Rocky mountains. It's going to be a challenge.

T-183 Days
I'm taking a day of rest after at least 6 days of strong runs. Rest and recovery are important for success too. I plan to hit it hard this weekend.
